Silicone Resin Plaster | white | TEGO® Phobe 1659 | OSAKRYL® OSA S20

White, waterbased siloxane plaster based on OSAKRYL® OSA S20 is designed for exterior applications and provides a clean surface. This silicone resin plaster has excellent water resistance, good dirt pick-up and a high beading effect. It contains the silicone resin emulsion TEGO® Phobe 1659, which provides excellent water resistance, and TEGO® Phobe 1409, an amino-functional polysiloxane for hydrophobing of the formulations. It reduces water absorption and produces a water beading effect. It provides a beading effect for long-lasting protection. This versatile plaster is suitable for different undergrounds.

Preparation

Weigh in Water .
Add components 2 to 6 while stirring.
Allow the cellulosic thickener to swell for approximately 5 minutes while stirring.
Add components 7 to 10 while stirring.
Grind at 1,500 rpm for approximately 15 minutes.
Add components 11 to 17 while stirring.
Grind at 1,500 rpm for approximately 10 minutes.
Add components 18 to 20 while stirring with paddle mixer at 500 rpm for 3 minutes.
