Siloxane Facade Paint | white | TEGO® Phobe 1401 N | different binders

Waterbased siloxane facade paint specially developed for exterior use and provides clean and excellent surfaces. The paint is white and contains TEGO® Phobe 1401 N, which provides excellent water resistance and high beading effect for improved durability. The multi-functional formulation is suitable for both masonry and plaster and can be formulated with various binders. The addition of TEGO® Foamex 24 as a reliable and compatible defoamer and TEGO® Dispers 715 W as a dispersing additive allows this coating to achieve optimum application consistency.

Preparation

Weigh in Water .
Add components 2 to 4 while stirring.
Allow the cellulosic thickener to swell for approximately 5 minutes while stirring.
Add components 5 to 8 while stirring.
Grind at 2,000 - 2,500 rpm for approximately 25 minutes to a fineness of 20 µm.
Add components 9 to 13 while stirring.
Adjust pH to 8.5 - 9.
