TEGO® Dispers 688 is a polymeric wetting and dispersing additive for matte UV coatings. Stabilizes matting agents and gives low viscosities of the UV coatings, even at high matting agent levels. Improves processing during production and application of matte UV coatings. Helps to keep the matting effect on a stable level.

As supplied calculated on matting agent: 10 - 30 %.

Processing instructions

Please mix the additive with monomer/oligomer blend prior to addition of solid particles.

Add to the grind before dispersion.

Haziness caused by low temperatures can be eliminated by warming the product. This does not affect the performance properties of the product.

Handling & storage

At low temperatures, reversible turbidity can occur.

Keep away from freezing.

When stored in an original unopened packaging, the product has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
