Ancamide® 2386 is a modified aliphatic amidoamine designed for use as an ambient curing agent in two-component liquid epoxy systems. It is especially suitable for use in high solids metal and concrete primers. Special features include good adhesion to damp concrete and excellent chemical resistance. This curing agent is an ideal alternative to standard amidoamine hardeners like Ancamide® 506 in high chemical resistance coatings and for improved carbamation and water-spotting resistance.
