Substrate Wetting

TEGO® Twin 4200 is a siloxane-based gemini surfactant and shows very good anti-crater properties with low foam tendency. It is highly suitable for waterborne coatings with no or low co-solvent content.

SURFYNOL® AD-01 is multi-functional gemini surfactant combining dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming. SURFYNOL® AD 01 also acts as a coalescing aid.

SURFYNOL® 420 is a multi-functional surfactant that provides dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming properties. It is suitable for waterborne coatings and inks.

TEGO® Wet 270 shows excellent anti-crater properties with flow promotion in waterborne, solventborne, and radiation-curing coatings.

TEGO® Wet 270 eCO is a highly active and broadly usable substrate wetting agent based on polyether siloxane technology. Applies mass balance approach to replace fossil by circular raw materials. Same well known performance as TEGO® Wet 270 but reduced carbon emissions.

TEGO® Wet 570 Terra is a highly surface active biosurfactant. It improves substrate, pigment and filler wetting and shows good performance in anti-cratering. Samples are currently only available in EMEA. Registration activities are ongoing in North America, China and selected other countries.

TEGO® Wet 580 Terra is a highly surface active biosurfactant. It improves substrate, pigment and filler wetting and shows good performance in anti-cratering. Samples are currently available most countries, such as in EMEA, Brazil or China. Registration activities are ongoing in North America and selected other countries.
