Comprising a methyl-ethyl-ketone-oxime (MEKO) blocked cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with a deblocking temperature of ≥ 130°C. Supplied as 63% by wt. solution in solvent naphtha.
