EPODIL LV5

Epodil® LV5 is an aromatic formaldehyde resin intended for use as reactive diluent in two-component liquid epoxy systems. It is chemically inert and compatible with a wide range of epoxy resins and curing agents. Besides its dilution effect, it enhances the performance properties, for instance chemical resistance, adhesion or carbamation resistance. In addition, it helps to maintain good corrosion resistance in diluted systems. It is recommended to use Epodil® LV 5 in relatively low loadings, in the order of 5 to 15 phr.
